Through our origin partner Cima Cafe, we work directly with 11Honduran producers — three-generation families, women-led mills, and Cup of Excellence finalists. Here's who they are.

A 3rd generation producer who manages his own plot while leading processing for his family farms. Pushes the frontiers of coffee fermentation in Honduras, mentored by Taiwanese and Colombian processing experts.

Started producing coffee in 2016, with a dedicated focus on specialty since 2021. Her Finca Liquidámbar was ranked among the top 30 coffees in Honduras at the 2023 Cup of Excellence.
